Mr. Solovyev has been appointed as the President of the Bank in August 2010 from leading economist in the Securities Unit. Starting his banking career in 1995 as the leading economist, he held various positions in The Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development further being engaged in treasury operations and later becoming a Vice President and Financial Director in 2005.
In UBRD he has implemented a number of projects. In particular, switch to IFRS reporting, development of staff motivation system, and optimization of organizational structure.
Mr. Solovyev holds a degree from the Ural Institute of National Economy.
Mr. Krokhin has joined The Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2001as Deputy Head of Methodology and Banking Technology Development Unit in Internal Audit of the Bank and then heading Financial Operations Control in 2002. In 2003 he moved to CJSC Sverdlsotsbank (CJSC SSB) as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board, managed SSB’s branch, and further advancing to Vice President. In 2006 Mr. Krokhin became Vice President in UBRD.
Mr. Krokhin was directly involved in merger of UBRD and SSB. In UBRD has was engaged in development of corporate culture, and promoting Bank’s activities in professional associations in the financial market.
Mr. Krokhin holds a degree from The Ural State University of Economics.
Mr. Mironov has joined UBRD in 1999 as Head of IT advancing to Advisor of the President. In 2006 he was appointed as Vice President, Head of Operations and It of the Bank.
In the Bank he has introduced SAP system and business process automatization.
Mr. Mironov has graduated from The Ural State Technical University.
Mr. Ovchinnikov joined the Bank in 1999 as Head of Cards Unit and advanced to Head of Retail Business in 2005. Later this year he was promoted to Vice President – Head of Retail Business.
In UBRD he was engaged and has developed a number of projects. In particular, systems of remote client service, development of client service, ATM and payment terminals network across the country, He was also engaged in co-branding projects for Bank’s cards, development of loyalty programs, memberships in International Payment Systems Visa and MasterCard, and launch of consumer lending.
Mr. Ovchinnikov has a degree from The Ural State University of Economics.
Mr. Ikryanikov has joined The Ural Bank for reconstruction and Development in 1999, advancing from Head of Branch Network Unit to Head of Corporate Business. In 2007 he became Vice President – Head of Corporate Business.
He has introduced to the Bank CRM and SME lending.
Mr. Ikryanikov has graduated from The Ural State Technical University.
Mr. Plastinin joined The Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2002 as the Head of Securities advancing to Head of Treasury and later in 2007 becoming Vice President – Head of Treasury.
He successfully introduced Internet trading and trust management, worked on securities portfolio management projects.
Mr. Plastinin holds degree from The Ural State University.
From 2002 Mr. Sirazov was Deputy Chief Accountant and became promoted to Chief Accountant in 2004.
Mr. Sirazov has introduced centralization of the accounting reporting and electronic document management.
Mr. Sirazov has graduated from Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy.
